is this faith based?

Yes, this course is faith based coming from a christian, gospel centered and driven background. Because I believe God is healer and intimately entwined in every aspect of our lives, I would be leaving out the only thing that can truly help you. Scripture is used often, friendship with the Holy Spirit is fostered — yes, God is in this!

do you take insurance or are there any other payment plans available?

Unfortunately I cannot take insurance, but I am happy to work 1:1 with you to create a payment plan that makes sense for your finances that would allow you to do this course!

FAQs

what is an integrative health practitioner?

This type of certified health practitioner is integrative and holistic — looking at physical, social, cognitive, behavioral, spiritual, and energetic aspects of someone’s life and how it is affecting their current state of health. An integrative health practitioner will use a variety of modalities such as eastern medicine, herbal medicine, somatic practices, mind/body and stress reduction practices, western medicine, etc. to help their clients body in the process of healing. When working with an Integrative Health Practitioner they’ll address the hidden stressors that disrupt the balance, instead of chasing symptoms.

what other certifications do you have?

I am also certified in master blood chemistry, so I can read and order labs and create personalized protocols. This is something I do offer after clients go through the satisfied way course who need deeper help with their health.

how time consuming will this course be?

This course will have one audio each week around 30-40 minutes, reflection questions, and action steps. Some weeks have more content than others, but for the most part you don’t have to stop life to go through it. It is created so that it works with things you already do daily, just improving the quality of them and teaches you how to manage your time so that you have more of it, not less.

what can I expect?

This course will gently usher you into deeper places of healing within your mind and body, unlock freedom for you in areas you have struggled for years, empower you to take care of your health and your families, and ultimately encourage rewiring in your brain to engage in life in a way that makes you say, “i really, really love this life.” Expect short term commitment and challenge that will produce positive change for years and decades to come. This course is your launchpad, not your heal all in 14-weeks. A lot will change, and you will see symptoms resolve, but the goal is that you would learn these concepts to continue committing to and creating a lifestyle out of that transforms your health.
